staff member was walking to get coffee lids when her right foot slipped and went into a split position while the left leg went into a bending position and the staff member landed on her left knee and heard a crunching noise and she noticed her bone protruding out. Staff member stated that there was no fluid liquids on the floor and that the floor was not wet.
