Employee filled a secondary container (chemical pump) with acid cleaner (Phos Nitric acid cleaner) employee closed the pump and proceed to the area he was assigned to wash when he started pumping the acid cleaner the pump pressure leaked and released chemical from the container his right eye was splashed.
