Was doing physical training in the station gym. I had stretched out prior to engaging in weight lifting. I was attempting to bring a barbell (with no weights on it) behind my head to rest on my should

What happened

In the process of bringing the bar up and over I felt a strange pop in my shoulder. After the pain lasted a few minutes and I was able to continue on with the day.
