Team Member (TM) felt a pop and subsequent pain in their Left Shoulder. The TM continued to work but had increased pain and were unable to raise their arm above their shoulders. The TM reported to their Group Leader and Supervisor that they had an injury to their Left Shoulder and requested to be seen by Occupational Medicine ASAP.
