What happened

Moving a disorganized stack of I-Beam off of the floor with the forklift. He got out of the Forklift and manually moved the beams. He took hold of the beam that struck him and tossed it forward. When he did that it reverberated back and struck his right lower leg. Leaving behind a deep lacerations
