What happened

EE Statement: I went to park my truck in [REDACTED] where the trucks are parked and when I got off the truck I stepped down with the left foot and then my right. I had both feet planted on the ground and when I went to walk from that position I felt something in my left foot like I had rolled it. I had a little pain at first. The ground felt even and there was nothing that I stepped on that I know of. When I started to continue to walk and put pressure on my left foot it hurt significantly 9 10 pain.
