What happened

On [REDACTED] after leaving work [REDACTED] experienced a sharp pain in his groin. During shift [REDACTED] had been removing 205084 casting from a heat treat basket to be able to place them onto a skid. Prior to that he had been unloading aircraft heads in [REDACTED] which requires bend down to floor level to remove heads from the heat treat rack.
