[REDACTED] was welding in welding room and a piece of metal must have been on his sweatshirt hoodie or top of his safety glasses welding shield. When he removed safety glasses welding shield and sweatshirt the metal fell in his eye.

Will did not realize a piece of metal was in his eye until the next morning. The next day his eye was sore and having vision issues. He went to the eye doctor on 12 10 and they removed the metal.
