Patient transferred to [REDACTED] from B5E with uncollected l;ab specimen for UA w micro. Patient stopped in bathroom once in room and hat was placed for collection of specimen. Primary RN splashed urine is eye when placing cap on specimen container. Immediately flushed eyes with frewsh water and notified charge RN.
