Team Member came to Employee Health for injury. TM was referred to ED for treatment. TM states that she was in the hallway of Med 1 about to pass trays and the bed alarm in [REDACTED] was going off. When going in to room TM slipped and fell down straight on her tailbone. pelvis left leg and right shoulder are all hurting.
