What happened

I ( [REDACTED]) was assisting a patient to the bathroom. Patient became light head and weak and started to fall so I assisted her to the ground. While making sure the patient didn 't hit her her had I felt a strain in my back. While assisting her to the toilet and back to the bed the pain got worse.
