What happened

Employee [REDACTED] was lifting trays from the Sterilizer rack in [REDACTED]. She grabbed a tray from the top of the rack not expecting it to be heavy as the heavier trays are normally placed on the lower rack for easier maneuvering. When she pulled the tray from the higher elevation her back twist and pulled and she lost control of the tray and body positioning
