What happened

I was told to transport a pt from VC to [REDACTED]. Pt is 400+ Nurse related patient can not walk need wheelchair and transport employees are busy. I pushed the patient up to us. This cause a strain in my mid to lower back. Went to charge was given [REDACTED] and Tylenol. with no relief after 3 hours.
