Before the incident

Moving in office chair backward.

What happened

Employee was removing a part from the CMM. She was in a chair with roller castors. After removing the part she proceeded to move back to her desk and the chair tipped backwards and employees right hand hit the floor as she fell out of the chair. The motion bent her hand in a backward motion causing pain in her wrist area. The pain is more prominent on the inside of her wrist and when she moves her thumb towards her palm.
