What happened

Employee was stocking parts in location [REDACTED] using their assigned reach truck. The employee was in process of putting away 4pcs of part number 13551363 which weighed 7.78lb on an elevated B level shelf. Employee did not follow process and instead began throwing the parts into the stocking location. Employee threw 2pcs into the location. When they attempted to toss the 3rd part they felt a pull in their right shoulder. Employee continued to throw the 4th part into the location as well and then reported the incident to their supervisor who then sent them to medical for evaluation.
