Before the incident

Moving Bodies in Paint Department

What happened

Team member was moving a body in the paint department with the Tug. There was a second Body that was in way of the first. Team Member was trying to move the body out of the way by having his back against the body and pushing with his legs to move it. Team member felt sharp pain in his lower abdomen and reported it to his Lead who was help him push the body out of the way. I called the Velocity number and spoke with a nurse. The recommendation was that the Team Member needed to be seen in the Hospital.
