What happened

TM started his work day and work week at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in the fabrication department Building F. TM was working moving materials on shelving to be able to get to other materials. at approximately [REDACTED] he was deburring of a part in the department and felt pain and discomfort in the right elbow. ERT member assisted the TM and took him to the safety office where it was determined that the TM needed to go to the clinic and he was taken by the Safety Technician.
