When transferring a pt to a different floor i backed the bed into the elevator Another member of the treatment team of this pt entered the elevator and there was not much room so she pushed the bed back The bed went back to far and pushed me into the railing in the elevator crushing me between the bed and the wall This caused significant pain in m back where the bar struck
