Assisting a patient into wheelchair

Worker was transferring a patient from their van to a wheelchair at the ED entrance. The patient was non-weight bearing and as they pivoted she stumbled. He held her up by placing his arms under her arms to support she weight and felt a pop in his low back after doing so.
