When moving a stretcher in the hallway at the hospital employee pushed down on foot pedal of stretcher and felt pop and pain in her left knee

What happened

EE repoted to EHS after pushing on brake pedal on stretcher and feeling a pop in her left knee and pain in her left ankle. She rated pain at rest 4 10 and was able to ambulate to EHS without difficulty. No swelling noted and ice pack given
