What happened

I was walking from my car in the [REDACTED] parking lot into the SHMG OBGYN office in [REDACTED] to open the office. There was black ice that I did not see because the lighting was poor. I slipped but did not fall down in stopping myself from falling I heard a crunch in my back. I feel pain in my back and my right leg from my hip to my toes keeps going numb. I was wearing snow boots at time of this incident.
