What happened

Precautionary Statement: While attempting to strap in a double-stacked shipment a dock associate manually adjusted the top pallet by lifting and pushing it further back. During this action the associate lost his footing and fell. As a result his left knee struck the floor his left armpit made contact with a nearby drum and the top-loaded pallet fell onto him. This incident caused minor pain in the left side of his neck and shoulder due to the pallet 's impact.
