Trying to put a panel in a DMC unit without a lift plan.

When injured employee was trying to lift the bottom to put the panel in place they felt a pop in their forearm. They thought it would get better but it did not. They then reported it to the onsite health center on [REDACTED]. An MRI was ordered and first available date was [REDACTED] (due to needing special machine due to employee 's physical stature). [REDACTED] 8 MRI determined distal bicep tendon full thickness tear with retraction of the tendon.
