What happened

[REDACTED] woke up the morning of [REDACTED] and was in pain in his lower back down his left leg. On [REDACTED] he was still in pain and went to urgent care. They advised he had a strain and told him to take Tylenol. The pain has not gone away and he feels it was a result of a trailer door he was closing on [REDACTED] that got stuck and required extra force to close. He was taking Tylenol and the pain subsides for a few hours and then is back. Nurse Line [REDACTED]
