What happened

One pallet was in the nose of the trailer had to move the pallet in order to do the delivery at Ahlstrom so all three were at the end of the trailer. Each pallet were 1100 pounds. The pallet was on a piece of cardboard which made the palletjack sink into the cardboard which caused the palletjack to be unable to move the skid easily. Driver was pulling on the pallet to be able to move the skid which cause him to pull a muscle in his back and left shoulder
