What happened

While pushing and pulling a loaded pallet. I turn it around and felt a pain in my lower left side of back. That pain with also went down my left leg. I couldn 't hardly stand even when that happen. I stop until the pain eased up. I had loaded 15 pallets at that point before the injury. I continue to load 3 more after that to complete the load. But very slowly because of the pain I was in.
