What happened

Driver was stopped on shoulder to check lights flickering. Driver then got back into tractor and saw in the mirror a vehicle approaching at high speed. Adverse slammed into the rear of our driver 's rail box while our driver was parked doing around 70mph. Adverse had a strong alcohol smell emanating from the vehicle and person. Our driver is experiencing back pain and sent to Concentra for follow up by doctors
