What happened

Driver was trying to figure out to unlock trailer from dock. He closed garage door and turned around and proceeded to walk. While walking he tripped over a metal trim that was on dock plate. As he started to fall he seen a forklift in front of him. He tried to fall in a direction away from the forklift and landed on his left knee.
