Walking to a scrap tub

What happened

[REDACTED] walked up to the scrap hopper with [REDACTED] to see if there was enough room to dump scrap. He slipped on the floor next to the hopper falling down and landing on one of the bolts that 's lagged to the floor holding one of the braces landing on the bolt on the right side of his back next to his spine causing alot of discomfort. He talked with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] asking to see a Dr he was then sent to propmt care.
