Ending shift employee stated that he wiped his eyes with his dirty sleeve when cleaning up or showering.

What happened

Employee reported to EHS that he had got something in his eye towards the end of his shift. He came back to work we attempted to remove the visible FB using flushing and Q-tips but were unsuccessful. Employee requested treatment at Imed and was sent.
