Before the incident

EE was in the yard with client.

What happened

Client ripped the gutter off the outside wall of the ISL and attempted to hit staff with it. EE grabbed the gutter as it was being swung and threw it into the yard. Client then attempted to hit staff in the head four times. Staff attempted to escort client back inside - while doing this client kicked staff in the left knee.
