Passing suture to the surgeon

What happened

I passed the suture to the surgeon turned my head the opposite direction of where the surgeon was and didn 't get my hand out of the way of her path of where she was taking the suture. I took off my outer glove and didn 't see a hole in my inner glove and replaced my outer glove and moved on. But after the case upon taking off my outer and inner glove I had a small poke.
