Before the incident

EE was working at molding press 9 and went to make an adjustment to the machine. EE then walked back to their station bypassing a support beam and a gaylord lift mounted to the floor.

What happened

As EE was walking back to their station their right foot caught the edge of the gaylord lift causing them to trip and fall to the floor. EE reached out with their right arm to brace themselves.
