She attempts to change the patient 's bed because was soiled staff and I assist as one person alone was unable to manage due to his aggressive behavior. During the bed change we were holding the patient to complete the task safely. The patient became increasingly aggressive suddenly he kicked me and struck me with his leg in the left side of my back.
