Employee stated that while she was going to the patient a breakfast tray and as she was taking off the food from the truck to serve the patient when the coffee began to fell and as she was trying to avoid the coffee and not to get burn and she hit her left foot onto the patient 's wheelchair and her shoulder onto the wall. Moderate tenderness over the lower third of the left lower extremity. Soft tissue injury and swelling and burning on the left shim and painful to the touch.
