Employee alleged: Upon evacuating for the fire drill I was walking through the parking lot to the designate waiting area. My foot got caught in the cracked concrete and I fell injuring my hand scraped both knees and hit my head on the ground on my left side. I sustained a swollen wrist busted knees and internal cranial bleeding in my head. Left hand from wrist down. Both my knees and the left side of my head.
