Allegedly: Employee got on the freight 4 elevator from the 10th floor going down to the basement. The elevator suddenly dropped and stopped. He fell backwards and hit his head at the bottom part of the iron rail in the back part of the elevator. Employee began saying hit left side of neck and his head was hurting I notify hospital. [REDACTED] was called and the Ems came and took him to [REDACTED] hospital.
