Allegedly: I came in patient 's room and saw crumbs all over him so I began to wipe his night gown and fluff the crumbs to the floor patient started to slap my hands and then swing towards my face as I was already leaning towards him. I told him to stop and proceeded to clean him. Towards end of Peniel care he grabbed my middle finger and bent it backwards.
