Employee stated that while she was sweeping the women 's bathroom and as she was sweeping up the trash with the broom and her right hand somehow twisted and she felt pain onto her right hand in the area of the 2nd and middle fingers and she could no longer hold the broom and was not able to make a fist. Pain over the base of the right hand 's pointer and middle fingers with swelling and difficulty bending the fingers.
