Right wrist. can 't hold heavy things for long can 't put pressure. Findings: incident happened on [REDACTED] C o pain in Rt thumb base while more finger. on exam: no evidence of fracture or injury appreciated. ROM on Rt. hand wrist. Dx. Sprain of wrist. Keep splint in. pain meds and refer to pmd.
