Employee alleged: I was helping nurse to assist with the assessment of the new resident. Nurse went to the left side of the bed and then i heard a loud sound and nurse screamed and she was holding her right leg. I lift up her pants and remove her sock and saw that the skin on her shin was broken. Finding; Abrasion to right shin TDAP updated.
