Per supervisor employee was walking down the stairs from the 11th floor to the 10th floor to attend the [REDACTED] Celebration. She stated that she must have missed a step and fell down the stairs. She indicated that she fell somewhat sideways hitting her knee and elbow. Per employee - Slight Bruising - Black and Blue Soreness on her Knee and Elbow was the end result of the fall.
