Before the incident

The supervisor alleged: Transferred a newly admitted from stretcher to patient bed. After transferring patient I attempted to adjust bed back to its proper location and admitting doctor attempted to assist me and accidentally ran the bed wheel over my right big toe. After hearing me scream the bed was moved away from me. I then was given a cold pack which I applied on my toe.
