Employee stated that while she was looking for a wheelchair for a patient on the B-side going to use the bathroom and as she was approached the security door leading to pediatrics FT and she scanned her ID to open the double to pediatric and just as she walked through the door and she noticed that the door closed onto her right pinky finger causing tear swelling and bleeding onto the pinky finger. Avulsion swelling and pain to the right pinky finger.
