Employee stated that while she was pouring coffee into a cup and some of the coffee spilled onto the floor and afterwards she got some paper towel and she started to clean the spilled by sitting on the chair using her foot onto the paper towel to clean the spilled onto the floor next she realized the chair toppled and she landed onto the floor on the right side along with the chair and she hurts her right shoulder thigh arm and pelvis.
