Employee stated that while she was doing a 1:1 with a patient and the patient kept running out of the room naked and had to be redirected constantly and kept yelling that she wanted to fight then the patient rushed her and started scratching her onto her face and chest and the patient also pulled her clothes. Multiple linear abrasions over the left side of the face right neck chest and right breast. Body fluids exposure into the face eyes nose and chest.
