Employee stated that while he was participating in Defensive Tactics training inside the training room inside of NTPD Police Academy and he was working out with the rest of the class and he I was sitting onto his heels with his feet crossed behind him waiting for the next instruction when after about 10 mins went to go to the next drill and when he then felt a sharp pain into his left foot below his ankles and above his toes and unable to walk on it. Pain to the left foot.
