What happened

After he sprayed the press using the mold release spray gun he was placing the gun back in the holder and got sprayed in the face with mold release. There is a damaged hose attached to the mold release spray gun and when he placed the gun in the holder the hose bent as released the mold release that sprayed him in the face entering his eyes around his safety glasses. He was taken to the First Aide room.
