I came into the clean room when [REDACTED] called me to come to bolt drop.

What happened

[REDACTED] CALLED ME TO BOLT DROP IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE PALLET AT CONTROL SHAFT CRANK INSTALL WAS BACKWARDS. [REDACTED] AND I ATTEMPTED TO ROTATE MOVE THE PALLET BACK ON THE TURNTABLE AND WHEN IT GOT PUSHED BACK IT TURNED QUICKLY SMASHING MY LEFT HAND.
