EE reports pain 8 10 in mid lower back and bilateral hips exacerbated by sitting. EE states I believe that my back has slowly weakened over the [REDACTED] due my current workstation not being ergonomically correct for my body. I have to sit 32-hours a week which causes significant back and hip stiffness and pain. I try to find opportunities to get up from my chair but I am stagnant in my chair the majority of my workday. [REDACTED] I reached a point where I am having a difficult time moving around and performing my job due to pain. Over-the-counter medications are not helping.
